Job Description:
1. Prefer candidates who have Helpdesk
background or with Technical Support Background in a 24x7 voice based environment
serving to North America or EMEA users.
2. Strong knowledge in OS (Windows XP, Win 7, Linux, Mac).
3. Experience working with either two or more of these.
4. Troubleshooting LAN, WAN, VPN, Outlook issues.
5. Basic knowledge about Active Directory and Exchange.
