Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing the Private Equity and Venture Capital life cycle of a company.

2. Ensuring accuracy of the data entered in the database

3. Tracking VC and PE backed companies from the U.S. market on a day to day basis

4. Tracking VC and PE backed companies with special focus on funding information

5. Analyzing every stage and aspect of a private equity and venture capital transaction from announcement to final exit

6. Analyzing data including information on deal terms and structures, deal amounts, valuations, EBITDA data, and multiples

7. Role is providing details of private equity and venture capital investors, financial sponsors and strategic buyers. Create Investor profiles include funds, portfolio of investments, investment professionals' profiles, and limited partners

Eligibility:

1. B.Com Graduate / MBA (Finance) Completed / M.Com Pursuing or Completed Freshers as well as experienced (6 Months to 1 Yr) can apply

2. Excellent written and verbal communication in English

3. Strong analytical & problem solving skills

4. 6 months 2 years of experience in Finance domain (preferred)

5. Should have knowledge of Private Equity, Venture Capital, EBITDA, PE Ratio, Amortization, Merger & Acquisition

6. Work Location is Giga Space, Viman Nagar, Pune
