Good communication and follow-through

- 2- 6 years of experience in web designing

- Strong grasp of visual design principles: grids, balance, what makes a great homepage, typography, color, imagery and iconography

- English fluency (advanced level of fluency necessary - designers will need to be able to understand the site content to make the best design choices)

- Compelling portfolio that demonstrates elegant and innovative visual design

Required Skills:

Dreamweaver

Photoshop

Illustrator

Preferred skills:

HTML. CSS, JavaScript.
