Job
Description:
1.
Ensure SOP adherence, regular audits & reviews to meet desired standards.
2. Trains associates on Product Knowledge store policies, department procedures, and job duties.
3. May sell merchandise & assist sales associates in completing difficult sales.
4. Handle customer grievances and provide solutions
5. Ensuring clear cut communication through signage.

Candidate
Profile:
1.
Candidate should possess MBA/PGDM in (General, Marketing, Retail Management)
degree from a recognised university
2. Candidates applying for Senior Management Trainee must have minimum 1 year of experience prior to MBA.
3. Should have minimum 60% throughout.
4. Should have no Backlogs
