-1-2 years of experience working
with C++/Java /Python on web scale backends.
-Very good at basic computer
science fundamentals and algorithms.

optimization frameworks.
-Having understanding of data
sources like Memcache and Redis is great to have.
-Having worked on high traffic
scale products would be a big plus.
-Good academics (BE/B.tech/M.tech)
