U.S. India - Client Account Management
(CAM) / Client Marketing & Industry Support (CM&I)
The
Client Account Management program is focused on bringing efficiencies and
leading practices to Deloitte's most strategic accounts. Client Account
Management professionals work in conjunction with US based client account
managers in supporting day-to-day account operations, managing the account
planning process, and serving as the primary point contact for account
requests, account communications, knowledge management, and account marketing
initiatives.
Client
Marketing & Industry Support involves delivering industry-specific and research-driven
products on a day-to-day basis in the highest quality as per client
expectations within the agreed timelines. Key activities include research,
analysis and development of company and executive profiles, financial analysis
and competitor intelligence to assist US counterparts in identifying business
opportunities.
Job Description
Deliver
quality information and research products to the respective internal clients
and stakeholders
Conduct
research, analysis and development of company and executive profiles, financial
analysis and competitor intelligence to assist US counterparts in delivering
account management services
Assist
US CAMs and account stakeholders in delivering account management services
Assist
US CAMs and account stakeholders in delivering account marketing services -
such as relationship building eminence, and account team communications
Execute
projects that meet high quality benchmarks within the agreed upon client-deadlines.
Following efficient workflow requirements to meet stakeholder's expectations.
Contribute in developing and sharing best practices
Ability and Skills Required:
Ability
to understand research requirements and develop internal/client facing documents,
as requested by stakeholders.
Ability
to provide structured, organized and synthesized information to develop key
insights for client, industry/sector or function
Mid
to advanced level proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
