Job Description:

1. Excellent command over spoken and written English.
2. Communicate effectively with Internal and external clients via calls and emails
3. Capability of dealing with tough clients
4. Regular communication with clients in reference to the case update
5. Communicate and coordinate with international client base.
6. Professional attitude while discussing issue details with the clients.

Job Requirements:

1. Flexible to work in a 24/7/365 environment
2. Work on different sources of case intake.(Email, Portal and Calls)
3. Coordinate with different departments, managers to have a case addressed within SLA.
4. Ability to derive ,understand, analyze business requirements
5. Ability to deal with users at all levels in an organization.
6. Identify the severity/priority based upon the issue explained by the user.
7. Understand and Answer all the requests and incidents within support boundaries.
8. Multitasking on different projects
9. Active participation in process improvement plans
10. Effective probing skills for efficient data capture, case routing and notification.
11. Work with internal and external clients to identify and Troubleshoot VPN access related issues.
12. Work and regular follow up with clients to trace the progress of resolution provided.
13. Use analytical skills to understand the issue better for finest management of a case
