Job Responsibilities:
To service/process/respond to requests
received and work as part of a team to ensure that relevant tasks are prioritized,
actioned and completed accurately and on time.
1. Ability to learn and understand basic to
intermediate level Business Presentation skills
2. Work as part of a team, ensuring SLA’s (Service Level Agreement)/All relevant regulations are met and maintained, escalating issues to Team Leaders / Team Managers
3. Process and respond to requests received, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Raising issues where necessary to supervisor
4. Provide cover for other team members in their absence and assists other areas, as required.
5. Adopting observe and learn approach from seniors in Team. Understand and learn best practices as and when possible. Should be able to work in Team environment
6. Ramp-up skills with MS-Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) within 6-8 months time
7. Willing to work in shifts as necessary
8. Other duties and special projects as assigned

Candidate Profile:
1. 0-6 Months of Experience Perferable
2. Good computer skills (MS-Office, any other graphics software (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign would be added advantage)
3. Good communication skills (verbal/written)
4. Must be able to analyze and interpret detailed client instructions
5. Must be able to interpret procedures and regulations
6. Problem solving skills
7. Ability to document the procedures from time to time
8. Should be able to handle pressure in terms of deadline management and maintaining quality standards
