Job Description:
ION Trading is looking for B.e/B.Tech
Freshers from Tier1/Tier 2 Colleges only with excellent academic record that
will drive key test initiatives in a dynamic, and multinational product
organisation.

3. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a remote team, and possibly business people without technical background
4. No problems to travel
5. Hardworking and with a strong commitment.
6. Firm will to always learn, not only technically but also from a business perspective
7. Attitude to ask questions about how things work to himself and to others
8. Not satisfied to have "almost" understood, but willing to go to the bottom, working hard and doing homework.
9. Attention to detail and focus on quality of output
10. Ambition to make the difference in a fast growing and product oriented company as ION.
11. Capable of understanding and speaking English language at a good level.

ION is looking for self-motivated candidates
who can work in a dynamic, multinational environment and who can demonstrate
their ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
I would also like to highlight that we have a
rigorous recruitment process. You will have to go through following steps:
1. (a) Written Aptitude Test. This test has
three sections (I) Logical reasoning and mathematical ability (II) SDLC and
STLC (III) English Grammar and Word Power. (30 Minutes)
(b) QA Test - Writing test cases and SQL
Queries, TCL Excercise (45 minutes)
(c) Programming Aptitude Test- Its a logical
reasoning test , not based on any of the programming language. (60 Minutes)

Candidate Profile:
1. 80% plus marks in xth, xiith, B.E/B.Tech
