Job Description:
1. Responsible for providing phone and
electronic based support.
2. Assists customers in determining problems, and provides resolutions.
3. Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems and queries.
4. Ensures proper escalation procedures are followed.
5. Performs role according to standardised policies and procedures.
6. Analytical ability is required in order to resolve technical issues.
7. Works on routine to semi-routine assignments requiring basic analytical ability to resolve routine to moderately complex issues.
8. Normally receives little instruction on routine work and general instruction on new assignments.
9. Gains assistance from higher-level employees.
