Description
1 to 2 years of experience in Sourcing, Calling,
Screening and validating the candidates
Excellent Communication skills.
Demonstrable experience of having worked on Job Portals
( Naurki, Monster etc)
Practical experience of sourcing through linkedIn,
Forums, Groups, other social networking sites .
Should be able to work on targets and deadlines.
Good Excel and MS- Office knowledge.
Should have prior experience / understanding of IT /
ITES requirements/ profiles.
Should have experience of working on lateral requirements.
Positive attitude, confident and one who think out of
the box and does not need too much of hand holding.
Salary will be based on relevant experience / industry
norms
