Job Description:

1. Processing of transfers transactions in line with the policy guidelines and based on the inputs from the ZHPs or Head ER as per process
2. Follow up on the issued transfer letters and ensure the transfer cycle is completed.
3. Issue cancellation or modification of the issued transfer letters in case necessary
4. Approve the transfer reporting date
5. Update effected transfers in HRIS
6. Interfacing with ER for all ER Clearances
7. Approving the reporting line changes on a daily basis
8. Replying to QMS Queries on a daily basis
9. Giving inputs on various allowances to be paid to employees on account of transfer
10. Ensure the reports are updated in a timely manner

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. MBA in HR Specialization
2. 2013 Passout
3. Hands on experience in Excel required
