Job Description:

1. Providing Voice support to Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP.
2. The job will require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users. Remote Infrastructure support delivery.
3. Perform problem cause analysis. Resolve routine customer problem.
4. Ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvement.
5. Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity & analysis.
6. Ability to meet a set of defined account agent productivity measurements.

Candidate Profile:

1. Candidates should possess B.Tech, MBA, MCA, Any Graduate (10+2+3), Any Post Graduates, Diploma Holders (10+3)
2. Fluency in communication skills (both spoken and written) / soft skills.
3. Should ready to work in shifts (24X7).• Without any backlog.
4. Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts
5. User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client - Outlook, Notes etc..
6. Skilled in commercially standard software applications and major desktop operating systems.
7. Awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.
8. Questioning skills /probing skills, as relevant to the issue and level of the caller

Mandatory Skills:

1. Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting. Browser Support - Internet Explorer. Strong computer skills required.
2. Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Excellent customer service orientation .
5. Neutral accent
