Description:
Provide Technical Support, Installation, and
Commissioning Support via phone and email (when needed) for all Honeywell
Connected Home Products (HCH)
Understand the common problems faced in Home
Installations and/or Commissioning of Products to ensure accurate issue
resolution to customers backed with complete documentation.
Have the ability to troubleshoot and help the customer
in resolving tech issues
Need to know the USPs (Unique Selling Points) of
products and educate customers on the same for inclusion in tender
