Job Description:

Provide Technical Support, Installation, and Commissioning Support via phone and email (when needed) for all Honeywell Connected Home Products (HCH)

Understand the common problems faced in Home Installations and/or Commissioning of Products to ensure accurate issue resolution to customers backed with complete documentation.

Have the ability to troubleshoot and help the customer in resolving tech issues
