Job Description:
Engage with eLitmus customers, understand
their recruitment needs, devise a strategy to fulfill the need and then execute
it.
We are looking for 2 types of people:
1) Type A:
1. Though you have done well in your current
job as a techie, but you do not see your true calling in it.
2. Salary on offer will be in the range of 4.5 to 5.5 lakhs per annum.

2) Type B:
1. You are a techie-at-heart and love
programming.
2. You will code at one end developing technology which you will use as a consumer too. Essentially you will spend between 40% to 60% of your time coding and balance time as part of the business team which helps eLitmus customers recruit right talent. We believe in less than 4 years you will be one of the super star tech talents in the Indian IT industry.
3. You will also undergo a rigorous technical interview in this case (including a hands-on coding assignment).
4. Salary on offer will be in the range of 5.5 to 7 lakhs per annum (though better salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate).
