Candidate Profile:

1. Full time Graduates with 9 months to 6 yrs exp
2. Under Graduates with minimum 18 months experience a must
3. Good communication skills
4. Must be comfortable working night/rotational shifts
5. International BPO experience preferred
6. CA/ICWA/B.E/B.Tech/ MCA/MSc/MBAs NOT eligible
7. Should NOT have 2 years break in education or Career
8. Should NOT have attended any TCS interview in last 6 months.
