Job Description:

1. Software QA Engineer

1. 6-24 months work experience as part of a QA team
2. Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools
3. Experience with test automation tools, schedulers, frameworks, and harnesses
4. Ability to understand technical specifications and determine the root cause of problems

2. Software Developer

1. 6-24 months work experience with Java/J2EE,Core Java,end to end J2EE web application
2. Good understanding of OOPS and Design Concepts
3. Experince using an IDE with strong debugging skills
4. Knowledge of relational databases, including schema design and advanced queries
5. Experience in JS/JQuery would be preferred (not mandatory)
6. Experience in Struts/Spring/Hibernate would be preferred (not mandatory)
7. Exposure to Linux environment would be an added advantage (not mandatory)
